Permission is granted to temporarily download one copy of the materials on this website for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only.

We make no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaim and negate all other warranties including, without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property or other violation of rights.

This does not affect the 25-year warranty on our ceramics or your rights under UAE consumer protection law — see the warranty page.

In no event shall we or our suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on this website.

We may revise these terms of service at any time without notice. By using this website you are agreeing to be bound by the then current version of these terms of service.

6. Buying from us

The seller is Burnt Carbon, Dubai, United Arab Emirates.

Prices are in UAE dirhams (AED) and include VAT where it applies. Any delivery charge is shown at checkout before you pay. We check every price when you check out, so you pay the price shown on the site at that moment; if we ever show a price in error, we’ll contact you before your order goes ahead.

You pay at checkout through Ziina by card, Apple Pay or Google Pay. Ziina is licensed by the Central Bank of the UAE; we never see or store your full card number.

Your order is accepted when your payment is confirmed and we send your order confirmation by email. If we can’t supply an item, we’ll tell you and refund it in full.

In-stock grills are delivered within the week; grills fired to order take about 10 weeks, and the product page tells you which applies before you buy. Delivery, returns and the warranty each have their own page; they are part of these terms.

A kamado runs very hot and stays hot for hours. Use it outdoors, on a stable surface, away from anything that can catch fire, and never leave children or pets near a lit grill.

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates as applied in the Emirate of Dubai, and the courts of Dubai have jurisdiction.
