WARRANTY · 25 YEARS · CERAMIC BODY
WE PUT IT IN WRITING.
Every Burnt Carbon kamado is fired three times, until the ceramic is hard enough to shrug off a Dubai summer, a thrown bucket of water, and twenty-five years of dinners.
So the ceramic body — the dome and the base — carries a 25-year warranty against material defects. Parts that wear with use sit outside it; they’re listed below, plainly.
Register your kamado and we’ll email you a warranty reference. If the ceramic ever lets you down, tell us — we’d rather fix it than argue about it.

They take the heat and the coal every cook, and they wear with use — so they sit outside the 25-year ceramic warranty. If one gives up, message us with a photo and we’ll tell you the options.
THROW WATER ON IT.
JUST DON’T DROP IT.

THROW WATER ON IT
When you're finished, throw water on it if you want — it's not going to crack. Fired at 1,400°, 1,700° then 1,800°C to make sure.

DESERT SUMMERS
Desert summers, boat spray, it shrugs. The third fire was hotter than anything it will meet out here.

LIFT IT, DON'T DROP IT
Ceramic is tough, not invincible. A drop or a hard knock isn't a material defect, so the warranty can't cover it. Two people to lift, always.
