● YOU'RE LOOKING AT IT
— IT'S A KILN, NOT A GRILL

FIRED THREE TIMES
SO IT NEVER QUITS ONCE.

  • Desert-orange kamado on its wheeled cart with side tables open

    TRIPLE-FIRED CERAMIC

Fired at 1,400°, 1,700° then 1,800°C. That's why every ceramic body carries a 25-year warranty against material defects.

  • Close-up of a desert-orange kamado dome and its top vent

    AIRFLOW, NOT GUESSWORK

Top vent to bottom door, the chamber seals tight against unwanted air. Low-n-slow matfoon or a screaming sear — you set it, it holds it.

    THROW WATER ON IT

When you're finished, throw water on it if you want — it's not going to crack. Desert summers, boat spray, it shrugs.

— WHAT IT COOKS

SMALL EGG.
FULL REPERTOIRE.

Smoke, grill, roast or bake — same as its bigger cousins. One note: break our large-bore coal into smaller fragments for this chamber.

NEVER OFF A SHELF.

"The Burnt-Carbon journey began in 2022 when I left the corporate world and embarked on my true passion — bringing people together over exceptional food and unforgettable moments. Every kamado we make goes through three firings before it earns the name."

WILL THE CERAMIC CRACK?

No. When you’re finished, throw water on it if you want — it’s not going to crack. Three firings at 1,400°, 1,700° and 1,800°C, backed by a 25-year warranty on the ceramics against material defects.

HOW HEAVY IS 37 KG, REALLY?

It really needs 2 people and an SUV. It sits happily on a sturdy table, a boat deck or the sand — it just doesn’t want to be carried alone.

WHICH CHARCOAL SHOULD I USE?

Our restaurant-grade hard-wood coal — broken into smaller fragments for this chamber size. Never use lighter fluid or chemicals in a kamado; paper or kindling only, or you’ll taste it for days.

WHAT IF MY COLOUR ISN’T IN STOCK?

Barbecues not in stock are fabricated to order in our multi-firing process — allow up to 10 weeks. It’s a kiln schedule, not a warehouse delay.

DO YOU STILL DO CALLIGRAPHY?

Not at the moment. Diwani calligraphy used to be hand-made here by our Dubai-based artists, and it’s unavailable right now. Message us and we’ll let you know when it’s back.

DOES IT COME WITH SIDE TABLES?

No — the 15" ships with a short stand instead, to stay table-top sized. Every size from 18" up includes side tables.

DIWANI
CALLIGRAPHY.

CURRENTLY UNAVAILABLE

Laser-cut Arabic calligraphy in the Diwani style, banded around the dome — hand-made to your wording by our Dubai-based artists. It's unavailable right now — leave your number and we'll message you when it's back.
